Easy Appliance Repair provides appliance repair services in Mattoon, IL and surrounding areas. Our business is located at 212 Broadway Ave, Mattoon, IL 61938.

2. Service Appointments

By scheduling a service appointment with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your appliance and the issue you're experiencing
• Be present or have an authorized adult (18+) present during the scheduled service time
• Provide reasonable access to the appliance requiring service
• Pay the agreed-upon service fee and any additional charges for parts and labor that you approve

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

Our service call fee includes diagnostics and the first 30 minutes of labor. Additional charges may apply for:

• Parts required for repair
• Additional labor time beyond the initial 30 minutes
• Service calls outside our standard service area
• Emergency or after-hours service

We accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We will always provide you with a cost estimate before proceeding with any repair work.

4. Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in the parts we've installed and any issues directly related to the repair work we've performed.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Problems unrelated to the original repair
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance of the appliance
• Issues arising from customer modifications to the appliance after our service
• Normal wear and tear

To make a warranty claim, please contact our office to schedule a return visit. If the issue is covered under our warranty, there will be no additional charge for the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Easy Appliance Repair is not responsible for:

• Damage to the appliance that is not caused by our service
• Pre-existing conditions in the appliance or property
• Incidental or consequential damages resulting from appliance failure or delays in service
• Issues that may arise with manufacturer defects or recalls

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect customer information for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This information may include:

• Name, address, phone number, and email
• Appliance information (make, model, serial number)
• Service history
